Ballet Victoria is holding auditions on Thursday. October 13, for children interested in trying out for the ballet’s December 19 performance of The Nutcracker.
This is a marvelous opportunity for youngsters between the ages of 6 and 18 years of age who are eager to dance and perform in public.
The auditions begin at 6:30 pm at the Revelstoke Performing Arts Centre. Rehearsals will be held on Tuesday and Sunday evenings starting on October 16.
Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker is a classic, public favourite that is performed at Christmas. The Victoria Ballet will be touring with The Nutcracker this December and will perform it at 7:30 pm on December 19.
