Revelstoke Mountain Resort is in a competition with 64 other ski resorts in North America called the Ski Town Throwdown which is being put on by Powder Magazine.
“To start the competition off we are seeded in first place,” RMR Social Media Coordinator Emily Beaumont told The Current on Wednesday, October 23.
The initial evaluation is by Powder Magazine, called Powder Per Person (or P3) rating — you can read all the details of the competition here: Powder Magazine.
“We made it past Round 1 easily a few weeks ago, but now we need your help to beat Whitewater in Nelson who won the final competition last year and it’s going to be close to beat them in the next round of voting,” Emily said.
Round 2 voting happens for 24 hours only and is on Hallowe’en, October 31.
“We need everyone to go to Facebook.com/PowderMag on October 31 and vote for RMR,” she said
