Want to find out more about yoga, Pilates, meditation or dance? Maybe enjoy a demonstration class or two?
Or perhaps you just need information about the benefits of physiotherapy, massage, hearing aids, a better diet or organic foods — whatever you may be interested in, the Community Connections Health and Wellness Fair on Sunday will likely have the answers to your questions.
The fair features a wide variety of presenters and booths as well as activities for kids, including a Toonie Swim for kids, food from the Last Drop and a chance to win two days of free skiing at Revelstoke Mountain Resort and two nights at Sutton Place worth $1,000.
Admission is just $2 per person or $5 for a family and all proceeds go support the Food Bank. The fair starts at noon and ends at 3 pm.
