Team Gloria’s amazing fund-raising campaign helps the Cancer Support Group

Team Gloria raised $2,000 for the group through this year's terrific Beach Party at the Community Centre. Ginger said the Cancer Support Group will use the money to defray the costs of its programs which include a transportation program for cancer patients who need to go out of town for appointments as well as a small drug subsidy program to help others who have to take drugs that are not covered by BC Medical Services.
