The annual Moonlight Madness sales mark the unofficial beginning of the Christmas shopping season. This year saw moderately heavy crowds of shoppers from 7 pm until about 9 pm.
While there was none of the madness and chaos that marks the Black Friday shopping in the U.S., Revelstoke’s premier shopping day was a good sign during a year of generally dismal economic news around the world.
