Colleen’s next class at Chantilly will be in November, Level Two , and in late January, Level One. Cost: $90 including the kit for Level One.  Register at Chantilly, 215 MacKenzie Avenue.

At the College, Colleen is doing a cookie decorating class from 1 to 4 pm on December 4th . The cost is $45 + HST, and includes a Chantilly decorating kit. Register at the college, 250-837-4235.

A Savage Delights Holiday Dinner Class sponsored by the College will be at the Community Centre on November 17th from 5 to 9 pm. The menu: a rolled turkey breast, roasted with cranberry stuffing. The menu is intended for those who don’t want to cook a whole bird, but want to enjoy all those wonderful holiday flavours of a traditional dinner. I made this dinner last night for Tanis Rebbetoy and Toni Johnston, and the menu comes with their approval! The creamed leeks were a particular hit. Register at the college, 250-837-4235.
