The United Church will be holding a regular series of Film Nights in the church hall at Third and Mackenzie as a fund raiser for its Fuel Fund.
The films doors will open at 7 p.m. and the shows will start at 7:15 p.m.
Organizer Victoria Long said admission is by donation. That will help the church pay for its heating fuel.
“The fuel costs for that building are over the rainbow,” she said. “I don’t know if I’m allowed to say how much it actually is, but it’s an immense amount. Anything people choose to give will help.”
The individual films will be included in The Revelstoke Current’s What’s On listings. Here’s the lineup if you’re looking for some visual entertainment and an opportunity to give back to the church for its many, many efforts over the years to make Revelstoke a great community for everyone:
