Wanna see a local band climb to fame and fortune? Then why not help Sister Girl do just that by voting for them in the People’s Choice component of the Mountain Stage NewSong Contest.
According to Sister Girl’s Joanne Stacey there are two components to be completed —“one is the People’s Choice Award for which YOU CAN VOTE FOR US! J The other is that the judges will be selecting one regional finalist to move on to the finals that are held in Charleston, West Virginia in October.”
If you’d like to vote for Sister Girl, whose members are Joanne Stacey, Stephanie Ballendine, Sharlene Foisy, Janine Carey-Bourke and Russ Brackenbury, go to http://www.newsong-music.com/contest/regional_rounds/2009/Canada2009.html and at the top where it says “click here to vote for your favourite video below,” just click and fill in your vote.
