The Revelstoke Football Club (RFC) is the team to beat this year having won the North Okanagan Men’s Soccer League Championship Trophy.
The win came last week over Courvas, a team from Salmon Arm that was also looking to clinch the title. The score was 3-2 for Revelstoke, with goals from Serge Spataro, Matt Robinson and Nathan Evans. The league consists of 12 teams from Winfield, Vernon, Salmon Arm and Revelstoke.
The RFC’s next game is a quarter final match this Sunday at 6 p.m. at Queen Elizabeth Park.
