Who says getting a ticket is all bad? Certainly not a child or teenager getting a ticket through the BUSTED for Good Behaviour Program that rewards them for doing the right thing. “One hundred tickets have been printed and children and youth could be ticketed for doing the right thing,” says Caroline Grenier of the Ministry of Children and Family Development!. All rewards are donations from the following vendors: Revelstoke Mountain Resort, one free youth lift ticket; City of Revelstoke, one free day pass for the Aquatic Centre or skating arena; and A&W, one free Teen Burger combo. The program, which began last year, has been put together with the participation of the RCMP, MCFD, Revelstoke Printing and EZ Rock as well as Revelstoke Mountsain Resort, the City of Revelstoke and A&W.
