Deputy Director of Finance
City of Revelstoke
Sheanna Moore has been hired as the new Deputy Director of Finance or the City of Revelstoke, City Hall announced on Friday, July 14
Moore was previously employed with BDO Canada as a staff accountant in Kamloops and more recently in Revelstoke. She has her designation as a Chartered Professional Accountant with previous experience in municipal government and brings with her understanding of municipal finances, auditing, as well a strong supervisory experience.
In commenting on the appointment, Finance Director Tania McCabe said she looks forward to working with Moore.
“She is a great fit for this position, our department and our organization. Her education and municipal experience will be an asset as this department continues to focus on creating a stable financial foundation for Revelstoke. I am certain that Sheanna will do a great job as she settles into her new role.”
Moore’s appointment is effective Monday July 17.
