1919 – 2017
Frances Eva Stevenson passed away at Queen Victoria Hospital on March 27, 2017, at the age of 97 years. There will be no formal funeral service by Frances’ own request. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of BC & Yukon, 729 Victoria Street, Kamloops, B.C. V2C 2B5, in memory of Frances.
Frances has lived in Revelstoke since 1950 and made many friends. She was predeceased by her husband Roy, her sons Barry and Wade and her grandson Lee Powers. Frances is survived by sons Sonny (Rosemary) of Peachland, Dale (Rosa) of Langley and Norman of Poplar Creek; daughter Rena (Terry) Powers of Cranbrook; nine grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
