Mr. Martin Berghi passed away in Palliative Care at Mount Cartier Court in Revelstoke on Monday, December 7, 2015, at the age of 89 years. There will be no formal funeral service by Martin’s own request. Martin was born in Pola, Italy, on February 7, 1926, and was a long-time resident of Revelstoke. Many in Revelstoke will remember Martin as the kind, quiet, blind man that walked throughout the community on a daily basis.
