Councillor Scott Duke recaps some of the issues City Council considered at their Tuesday, March 10, meeting. Those issues included a report on poverty reduction, new zoning for potential medical marijuana growers, signage issues at the Avalanche Centre, the High-Tech Task Force and the brou-ha-ha over physical changes at Kovach Park and plan to enlarge the Fire Rescue Service’s museum.
