Like many of the candidates in this civic election, Trevor English wants to see the emergence of a more transparent and accountable City Council.

He also believes Council can and should do more to attract new residents to Revelstoke and improve the business climate. Both actions could broaden the tax base.

Personable and well spoken, English was born in Revelstoke but raised elsewhere and returned here a few years ago. He has worked with the Food Bank and the Chamber of Commerce and hopes to do well in the November 15 election. Will he win the votes he needs to secure a seat at the Council table?
