With the retirement of Daryl Willoughby and Margaret Pacaud at the end of the month, the Community Futures Development Corporation of Revelstoke is announcing new staffing changes.
A statement issued on Thursday, June 12, said Darryl Willoughby, general manager for the last 26 years, will — effective July 2 — be replaced by Kevin Dorrius who has been with the corporation since 1997 as a business analyst. Kevin will work with business clients, overseeing the activity and administration associated with the loan funds and the Self Employment Program Contract, and coordinating staff and volunteers working on a variety of projects.
Cindy Maloney will replace Kevin as the business analyst providing advisory services to clients who are applying for loans, planning a new business or expanding an existing one. Cindy has been with Community Futures since November 2013 as the Self Employment Coordinator, providing eligible clients with assistance in starting their businesses. Cindy will continue to coordinate the Self Employment program in addition to her duties as Business Analyst.
And last, but by no means least, Brooke Burke will replace Margaret — who had been with CFDC for 21 years — as the executive assistant, providing administrative services to the general manager, the Economic Development Commission and the board of directors.
