In partnership with local organizations, Community Futures is exploring the viability of constructing a 100 unit Community Employee Housing Facility. The units would be fully furnished bachelor suites, with their own kitchen and bathroom. The end cost to the resident will be $1,000 per month, including rent, furnishing, utilities and high speed internet. There would also be gear/bike storage in the basement.

Building Description:

–        four story wood frame construction with concrete foundation
–        100 rental units fully furnished
–        50 parking stalls under building and 50 stalls at grade
–        Building quality and design similar to VEDA 800 building in Kelowna
