The Revelstoke Early Years Centre has a free Parent Talk with local Registered Psychologist, Dr. Katie Kryski who will speak on clear and concise methods as to how we can support out children as well as ourselves when it comes to remaining calm.
We have all been in a situation where tension is high, frustration has overcome and words can be said that are not meant leading to hurt feelings and regretful behaviour.
This talk will take place on Wednesday, February 7th 6:30pm-8:30pm in the Begbie View Multi-Purpose room.
