Revelstoke will be in for a treat on Saturday, February 3rd for the culturally relevant, Carousel of Nations.
The Revelstoke Multicultural Society will be bringing in World Champion Aboriginal Hoop Dancer, Dallas Arcand who was a part of the 2010 winter Olympics Opening Ceremonies, and is set to be the feature entertainer of the event. Arcand will be partaking in the Speaker Series part of the event by sharing his story of Hoop Dancing.
Local favourites will be back to partake in the educational event; The Revelstoke Highlanders Pipe Band, Kokoma, and coffee house classic, Denis Severino will bring his folk/bluegrass style to stage once again.
Family activities and food vendors will be at the event, and everyone from all walks of life are welcome to attend.
It will be at the Revelstoke Community Centre, Saturday, February 3rd and will be at 3:30pm.
