Florence Fitzpatrick passed away at her residence in Revelstoke on Sunday, December 31st, 2017 at the age of 86 years. There will be no formal funeral service as per Florence’s own request.
Florence was born in Cranbrook, B.C. on April 13, 1931 and had been a resident of Revelstoke for the past 26 years. She always said that these were some of her best years. Florence loved it here. She rode the Transit Bus downtown every day. The driver’s and other bus riders became part of her extended family. Mom loved a good find at the local Thrift Store and every one of her family received treasures from there.
Florence is survived by her daughter Chris (Greg) McMillan of Revelstoke; three sons: Don (Joanne) Fitzpatrick of Beaver Falls, B.C., Larry (Vicki) Fitzpatrick of Fruitvale, B.C. & Michael (Robyn) Fitzpatrick of Fruitvale, B.C.; 10 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; her sister Marjorie Fitzpatrick of Cranbrook as well as many nieces and nephews.
Florence’s family would like to thank Dr. Molder for his wonderful care of mom over the years.
