The Law enforcement Torch Run in conjunction with Special Olympics-BC will be joining forces at the Friday, January 26th Grizzlies game to sell 50/50 and raffle tickets.
“RCMP officer, Josh McCann told the Revelstoke Current “This is the first time Revelstoke will have a chapter of the LETR. My plan is to incorporate RCMP, CP Police, Local Fire services and Bylaw in the formation of such organization.”
There will be prizes in store, including Vancouver Canucks hockey stick as well as a 10-game Grizzlies pass.
The funds raised on this way will be going to the Special Olympics BC, to keep year round activities for the athletes with intellectual disabilities.
