City Rolls Out New Live Stream For Council Meetings

What is your favourite program to watch at 3:00pm every second Tuesday? If it is to watch a City Council Meeting, then you are in luck.

On January, 3rd the City of Revelstoke will be live streaming the meetings to help keep Revelstoke informed. This new program will allow individuals to view and listen to the meeting in real time or a previously recorded meeting.

For those that would enjoy a little light civic reading before bed, the City has introduced the iCompass CivicWeb portal. The portal allows convenient access to Council documents including a meeting calendar, and a one-click approach to various committee agendas, minutes and Council video streams.

You can find the live stream at https://revelstoke.civicweb.net/Portal/Video.aspx or on the Cit’s Youtube Channel. For those that can’t watch the meeting live can catch up on the excitement with video recordings that will be made available online after the
meeting. For convenience, there will be direct time-stamps to agenda items for specific items.
