To whom it may concern,
Revelstoke is evolving into a world-class tourist destination. We are attracting visitors from all over the world, with an all-season resort area. Skiing, sledding, camping, hiking, canoeing, and soon to have a major adventure theme park. We are hosting repeat visitors and new visitors. Tourism growth is expanding and building.
Now what do we do? We eliminate the convenient, free, city-serviced, and much-used sani-dump. Visitors spending their time and money in our area should be provided with a convenient sani-dump facility. Tourism brings in a lot of money to this area and hence jobs. Lets make it easy and convenient for people to visit and spend time here.
An example of a great facility is the sani-dump located in Castlegar, BC. It is simple, clean and safe and easily accessible. This sani-dump is located on site with the tourism information building. Revelsoke is attracting world class attention. Lets have the facilities that are “world class.” The sani-dump needs to be replaced. It should be located just off the highway, be free and be equal or better in quality than what was there previously.
Lets make it easy for visitors to enjoy what Revelstoke has to offer! Bring back the sani-dump!
