Downtown Revelstoke will be the scene for the filming of Hallmark’s latest Christmas movie, Marry Me at Christmas.
According to a public notice from the City, film crews will be in town from Thursday, March 23, until Friday, March 30.
Work hours will generally be from 7 am to 10 pm and the City cautions people to be alert for work crews setting up for scenes.
Closures Areas include:
- Grizzly Plaza will be closed for the duration of the filming; and
- The City’s east parking lot at Victoria and Mackenzie Avenue will be closed for the duration of the filming.
Intermittent Closure Areas include:
- The City’s west parking lot at Victoria and Mackenzie will be closed intermittently; and
- There will be intermittent sidewalk closures throughout the downtown core.
All businesses will be open as usual
