The Girl Guides will be out at Save-On Foods on Saturday afternoon selling boxes of their delicious Girl Guide cookies.
Guide Leader Michelle Cole says they’ll be out there starting at 1 pm.

If you don’t have tickets to the Rob & Gun Club’s awards banquet on Saturday evening, there’s still time to purchase some.
Tickets are available at Johnnie’s and — just in case you leave it until the last moment — at the door.
The annual banquet and fund-raiser features, wild game and a silent auction with scores of cool things to bid on.
The doors open at 4:30 pm and dinner is served at 5:45 pm.

Wendy Lucas of the Revelstoke Jazz Club would like all of their patrons and fans know that the show originally scheduled for March 3, featuring the Shuswap’s own Sunday’s Cool, has been re-scheduled to March 17.
Jazz Club concerts are held in the Selkirk Room at the Regent Hotel. The doors open at the at 7 pm. Admission is by donation.
