Super volunteers meet the premier

Premier Christy Clark poses with some of the Super Volunteers who help keep the BC Liberal Party functioning. If you look at the right-hand side of the image you can see one of those Super Volunteers wearing a black hat... Revelstoke's own Peter Bernacki. Peter has been involved with the party for a number of years now and is a vice-president of the local constituency association. This photo was taken at the party's convention last weekend. Bernacki gave a speech that was apparently well received. He alsdo told The Current that Highways Minister Todd Stone will be in Revelstoke on Wednesday, November 9. He'll be at the Begbie Room at the Regent at 10:30 am and is willing to meet members of the public and hear what they have to say about current and future Trans-Canada Highway improvements. He will also meet Mayor Mark and members of City Council. Photo courtesy of the BC Liberal Party
