Kendra Blakely is widely known in Revelstoke as a strong-willed and upbeat young woman who regularly promotes the War Amps Child Amputee Program. On Tuesday, May 25, Kendra, herself a left-arm amputee, was awarded a Certificate of Recognition by Mayor Mark McKee that highlights the City’s pride in her.
