Friday afternoon artist talk will explore belief in natural harmony

Artist Leora Gasser, whose show Boundaries is currently on display at the Visual Arts Centre on Wilson Street, will be talking about the techniques she used to produce her distinctive images. Gesser uses a process that includes photography, collage, and painting to create landscapes that challenge the viewer’s beliefs in the harmony and serenity found in the natural world around them. The artist talk will provide guests with the unique opportunity to hear from the artist herself about the inspiration and process behind the works. All are welcome to attend this event at the Visual Arts Centre on Friday, April 29, starting at 2 pm. Image courtesy of Leora Gesser
