Revelstoke City Council okayed — among other things — successful bids for CBT Community Initiatives and Affected Areas funding, a plan for improvements to Williamson’s Lake, a bylaw to borrow $1.9 million to pay for the Big Eddy water system improvements, a series of conditions it will ask the province to apply to gravel mining operations within city boundaries and other issues it considered during its meeting on Tuesday, April 12, 2016.

Megan Shandro, liaison of the Stoke Youth Network, appeared in front of City Council on Tuesday afternoon, April 12, to describe the program's many successes this year and some of its upcoming projects. David F. Rooney photo
