Cranky about spelling

Can you spot the typos that were paid for with taxpayers' money? At least two people who noted the words "center," which should be CORRECTLY spelled "centre" sent me cranky e-mails. I can understand that, especially when public money was used to purchase the new directional signs at Campbell Avenue and Victoria Road. City Hall said (at about 2:30 pm) no one had yet grouched to them about the misspellings and said they would nonetheless be corrected. David F. Rooney photo
