The 5-minute Council video with Councillor Scott Duke
City Councillor Scott Duke is the star of this week’s 5-Minute Council Video or, as he likes to call it, “Council Corner.” He notes that it may not be as exciting as Don Cherry’s Coach’s Corner, but he still manages to send excited when he talks about some of the issues facing this Council. One of the committee’s Scott serve son is the Development Services Committee, which would like to see the possibly 30-year-old Zoning Bylaw brought up to date in 2016. David F.
