Our neighbours to the West in Sicamous are holding an online auction through the Sicamous Chamber of Commerce, which contacted The Revelstoke Current to ask if it would help them out by posting a brief item about their event.
Since Sicamous is so close as to be practically next door, Current Publisher David Rooney, who normally focuses almost exclusively on Revelstoke and its denizens, thought helping promote their auction would be a neighbourly thing to do, particularly at this time of year.
“This is a silent online-only auction that can be accessed by going to the Sicamous Chamber website and following the link provided — http://www.sicamouschamber.bc.ca/2015-AUCTION/,” the Sicamous Cghamber said in an e-mail to The Current.
The auction runs until December 13 and has some interesting items up for auction. In order to see them you must go to the auction and register.
