Truly excellent!

The Chamber of Commerce's 28th Annual Business Excellence was staged at the Community Centre on Saturday, November 7, and proved to be one of the best such dinners every held.This year's business excellent award winners were: Cathy Burke of BC Works and Chelsey Groffin of RONA Building Supplies were tied for Employee of the Year; the Revelstoke Cycling Association won the Tourism and Attractions award; The Modern Bakeshop, represented by Josee Zimanyi, won the Food Service Excellence award; Sutton Place wont the Accommodations award; Universal Footwear received the Retail Excellence prize; Terra Firma Farms won the Industrial Manufacturing Excellence award; Tim Hortons won the award as the Best Youth Employer; The Coast Hillcrest Resort Hotel received the prize for the Best New of Renovated Building;  Sara Jeffries of Birch & Lace was recognized for Entrepreneurial Excellence; James Bacon's Columbia Digital was recognized as 2015's Best Home-based Business; Sonia Ratte and Olivier Dutil St. Pierre's business, La Baguette, was the Best Business in town and they, themselves shared the Businessperson of the Year award; and lastly, but not last, Randy Driediger won the Community Support Excellence Award.
