1945 – 2015
Peter Frank Fifield passed away at Queen Victoria Hospital, Revelstoke on Wednesday, November 11, 2015, at the age of 70 years. There will be no formal funeral service by Peter’s own request.
Peter was born in Olds, Alberta, on April 16, 1945, and had been a resident of Revelstoke since 1971. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, hiking, camping and golfing. Peter was also an avid writer and enjoyed writing poetry.
Peter was predeceased by his father Frank, mother Irene, step-father Jim Coghill, his son Jason, and brother-in-law Carl. He is survived by his wife Carol of Revelstoke; daughter Cori (Jeff) Mounce of Sicamous; son Todd (Shelly) Fifield of Revelstoke; grandchildren: Paige, Connor, Kenzie and Madison; great granddaughter Karlie; siblings: Hazel, Ruth, Jimmy (Janice), Bert, George and Johnny (Verla); brother-in-law Lance; sister-in-law Diane; in-laws: Carl and Loreen Eck, Barbara, Dawn (Gary), Cheryl (Ed) and Tracy (Randy), as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
