The Revelstoke Art Gallery is bringing together makers and buyers of original art and craft next week for its annual holiday exhibition: The Christmas Shop.
For those looking to surprise and delight a loved one with a special piece that is gifted from the heart, and also made from the heart, a wide range of paintings, prints, ceramics, jewelry, textiles, and woodwork will be available for sale.
The gallery’s longtime commitment to handmade excellence and local artists will be showcased from December 4 – 20 featuring unique, one of a kind gifts, just in time for Christmas.
Ready to don your Christmas tree with something special? This year, artist Debbie Loewen has created a series of handmade patchwork tree ornaments.
Textile artist Lois MacLeod from Salmon Arm has created exquisite felted dolls and will be showcasing her highly coveted silk scarves.
And long-time ceramicist Cat Mather continues her tradition in clay featuring… well… let’s leave it a surprise, shall we?
These works and more will be featured during the special opening reception of The Christmas Shop on December 4 from 6 – 9 pm. All are welcome!
