Back on October 3 a lovely pet dog named Katara went missing while on a trip up Highway 23 North near Bigmouth.
Her owners, the Brooks-Hill family, have searched for her in the woods up north and have hoped that someone might spot the pretty, blonde dog and return her to them. They have even offered a $1,000 reward for her return — to no avail.
Still, the family has not lost hope and continues to pray that someone, perhaps a logger or logging truck driver, will spot her. Failing that, they hope their beloved pet is trying to get back home to Revelstoke.
If you have found or seen Katara (who also answers to the name Tar Tar) please contact David Brooks-Hill at 250-200-2075 or Virginia Thompson at 250-837-3840.
