Fish and Wildlife has major grant money for the right projects

The Fish and Wildlife Compensation Program (FWCP) is now accepting applications for seed, small and large grants to finance projects in the Columbia Region.
Last year the FWCP doled out $770,000 in grants. The FWCP board has identified projects in the North Columbia (identified as the region bounded by Revelstoke, Golden and Valemount, as one of its three priorities or next year.
Seed grants are $5,000; small grants are $20,000; and large grants are over $20,000.

2015 Grant Deadline: All Columbia Region grant applications are due November, 13, 2015.
Apply Online: The FWCP is launched a new online grant application on October 1. Use this new web-based application to apply for an FWCP fish or wildlife grant.
