A 24-year-old woman was killed early Monday morning when the East-bound automobile she was in left the Trans-Canada Highway and collided with trees on the embankment near Jumping Creek Road 35 kilometres east of Revelstoke.
A statement from the RCMP said the woman was a passenger in a Chrysler 300. The man driving the car was transported to Queen Victoria Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The names of the victims in this accident, which occurred at 2:46 am, have not been
