The Mounties are warning Revelstokians to make sure their cars and trucks are securely locked after reports of a spate of vehicle break-ins on Tuesday evening.
Cpl. Thomas Blakney several unlocked vehicles between Fourth and Fifth Streets East were entered by thieves who stole cash, CDs and personal valuables that had been left in them.
Officers from the detachment made an arrest and are currently interrogating the suspect.
