The Chamber of Commerce has issued an invitation to tender for services associated with its 2015 Business Excellence Awards Gala and Banquet, to be held at the Community Centre on Saturday, November 7, from 6 pm to 1 am.
An announcement issued by the Chamber said it is anticipating 275 guests and needs quotes for the following services:
- Bar Service, including bar set up, with service from 6 pm to 12:30 am and clean up;
- Decorations, including theme design, setup and removal;
- Buffet Dinner, including set up, buffet dinner with desserts, tea and coffee, and clean up;
- Facility Cleaning Service, including dismantling and moving to storage of all tables and chairs after the evening event and general cleaning of the venue;
- Live Music and/or DJ Service, From 6 pm to 1 am;
- Professional Photography, 6 pm to 10 pm; and
- Plaques & Engraving for the winners in 13 categories.
The closing date for providing the Chamber with a quote is Friday, August 28, 2015.
