City Councillor Trevor English is the focus of this week’s 5-minute City Council Video. The video series began in January but was put on the back burner because Current Publisher David Rooney was a ill for most of April and part of May. Trevor kindly agreed to restart the video series and here he touches on a number of issues of interest to local residents including the Backyard Chicken Bylaw, the latest local building estimates and, of course, the odours wafting over Southside from the Sewage Treatment Plant.
