Visitors from Salmon Arm dismayed by mowing threat to the Maltbys' eco-yard

We live in Salmon Arm and visit Revelstoke a couple to times each month.
The Maltby’s habitat garden is always on our cycle or walking route and is an enriching experience.  Most often we share the walkway with others viewing or photographing this aesthetically pleasing green space.
We are dismayed that it could possibly be mowed because of a “neighbor dispute.” There is a need to create more habitat gardens to help us all understand the complexity and interconnectedness of nature.
This garden is a gift from the Maltbys.  Many people have graciously accepted it and enjoy it. Thank you.
