We regret to announce the death of Cecil Ulrick Brown, who was born December 24,1961, and died May 9, 2015, at Mount Carter Court after a short battle with cancer. Cecil was predeceased by his parents, Mary in 1998 and Earl in 2003 as well as a brother, John, 1974. He has been cremated and his remains are returning to Nova Scotia He is survived by Tom, Donald and Bernice of Ellershouse, as well as by Gerald and Rose of Courtenay, BC, Earl of Toronto, and Tony of Grand Prairie, Alberta. A special Celebration of Life will be held for Cecil at the Revelstoke Awareness and Outreach Program (RAOP), located in the alley beside the Regent Inn, on Friday, May 22, from 12 pm until 3 pm.
