David F. Rooney photoMayor Mark McKee put on his hat as chairman of the Community Housing Society to discuss affordable housing in Revelstoke. The society, which has started clearing land at Bridge Creek Properties for its #3.2 million, 12-unit housing project, is holding its AGM on June 1 at 4 pm in the Visitors’ Centre boardroom. About $300,000 of the project’s total cost is coming from a CBT grant. BC Housing is the major governmental funder. with $1.2 million. The total cost of the project is $3.2 million.
