CBT directors appreciated local program presentations — UPDATED!

Mayor Mark McKee put on his hat as chairman of the Community Housing Society to discuss affordable housing in Revelstoke. Because he is mayor, McKee is automatically a CBT director. The society, which has started clearing land at Bridge Creek Properties for its #3.5 million, 12-unit housing project, is holding its AGM on June 1 at 4 pm in the Visitors' Centre boardroom. David F. The society, which has started clearing land at Bridge Creek Properties for its #3.2 million, 12-unit housing project, is holding its AGM on June 1 at 4 pm in the Visitors’ Centre boardroom. About $300,000 of the project’s total cost is coming from a CBT grant. BC Housing is the  major governmental funder. with $1.2 million. The total cost of the project is $3.2 million.
