Meeting the premier

11 Revelstoke residents drove to Salmon Arm on Wednesday to have lunch at the Prestige Harbourfront Resort with their favourite BC Liberal, Premier Christy Clark.
Peter Bernacki, a long-time Christy Clark admirer, was amazed at the way she worked the dining  room, stopping here and there to speak to supporters.
“I think she’ll go down as one of BC’s best premiers,” he said.
We’ll leave that up to the history books but Peter and others were quite taken by her ability to make each person there feel special. Her visit wasn’t devoted solely to pressing the flesh. She poke about a number of different topics, including the Trans-Canada.
