Robb Nash reaches out to troubled teens at RSS

Robb Nash and his band performed for students at RSS on Tuesday morning, but their concert was about a lot more than music. Nash has been gaining a national reputation for being able to connect with troubled students, speaking them about his personal experience, mental health, bullying, and other issues effecting young people. “We have been working with the Canadian Mental Health Association for the past few years to bring him to Revelstoke and are excited to finally have him here,” said Revelstoke Youth Liaison Megan Shandro told The Current. Nash is credited with helping hundreds of students who hovered on the brink of harming and even killing themselves. David F. Rooney photo
