With about half of the ballots in Saturday’s civic election counted, Mark McKee appears to be in the lead for mayor with 582 votes, versus 386 for Michael Brooks-Hill and 312 for incumbent David Raven.
As of 9:5o pm the preliminary results for City Council seats were as follows:
