The local RCMP detachment is requesting public assistance in locating Scott Grady of Revelstoke. A statement from the Mounties said Scott was reported missing by his brother when he did not arrive in Nelson on November 5.
“On November 6 Revelstoke RCMP located Scott’s 2005 Toyota Tacoma on Townley Road and Track Street,” Staff Sgt. Kurt Grabinsky said in a statement released on Friday, November 7. “Much of Scott’s personal belongings and identification were in the vehicle. The RCMP Police Dog Service attended and conducted a search of the immediate area around the vehicle with no results.”
RCMP and Revelstoke Search and Rescue will begin a more extensive ground search for the missing man.
Scott Grady is a 40 year-old Caucasian. He is six feet (180 centimetres) tall, weighs 179 lbs. (80 kilograms) and has brown hair, and brown eyes:
