The Revelstoke RCMP is advising that Scott Grady, the 40-year-old man reported missing by his brother has been located, however they “will not be providing any further information at the request of the family,” Staff Sgt Kurt Grabinsky said in a very brief statement released to local news media on Friday afternoon.
He said all further inquiries must be directed to the BC Coroners’ Service.
Grady was reported missing by his brother after he failed to arrive in Nelson on November 5. Local Mounties located his vehicle, which contained his personal belongings, on Townley Street on Thursday. Police and SAR personnel conducted a ground search for him earlier on Friday, November 7.
