The Phantom Yarn Bombers struck again on Wednesday evening. The identity of these people is not publicly known but they like doing imaginative things with works of public art like the fish statues at Mackenzie and Third. As you can see, they must have zipped in on their broomsticks and waved their wands ’cause now our fish are not-so-scary creatures of the night. Great job whoever-you-are!
